  • If you are not 100% satisfied with our product(s) you have purchased, just send us an e-mail at refunds@medicalsurgicalhospitalsupply.com within 30 days of making your purchase. (Refunds will not be issued for purchases made more than 30 days before but we will take into consideration each case based on it's own merits.) Transactions fees if incurred will be deducted.
  • In the e-mail, list your order number, contact information, and the reason(s) for desiring a refund.
  • We will deduct any credit or transaction fees.
  • We will acknowledge the receipt of your refund request by email within two business days and issue a full refund by check within 30 days.
  • All refunds for Third Party Vendors, such as Click Bank and Commission Junction, will be handled by those companies respectively.
  • No refunds will be provided for physical products (e.g., books or CD’s) that have already shipped). Refunds will not be provided for either the cost of the item or shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests from any customers deemed to be abusing our eBooks & Services refund policy.
  • In receiving a refund, you are agreeing to delete the digital file(s) from your PC or other electronic device.
  • We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy when deemed necessary.
